While the full Tiger team did not have a scheduled tournament this weekend, Piercey Dyer competed as an individual in the Center Grove Invite at Hickory Stick on Saturday. The tournament featured one of the strongest fields of the season, with eight of the current top 10 teams in the coaches' poll competing. Piercey certainly held her own, overcoming a slow start and windy conditions to finish with a round of 78, earning a T10 finish out of 99 players. Zionsville took home the team title with a score of 298 and Taylor Snively of Zionsville was medalist with 66. Peru is back on the course Tuesday, August 25th, when they compete in a five-way match with North Miami, Maconaquah, Tipton, and Northwestern at the Peru Muni.
