Varsity vs Lewis Cass Win (19-0) Peru recorded their second victory of the season defeating Lewis Cass 19-0 on Friday night. For the game, Kingston Eldridge scored on a pass from Aiden Sheets. Aiden and Luke Ulery both added rushing TD’s of their own. On Defense the Tigers were led by senior MLB, Weston Marks, who received defensive player of the game honors. This was only the 4th time Peru has defeated Lewis Cass since 1968 and the only shut out in the series. Peru now trails Lewis Cass 19-4 in the series with two of the 4 victories coming in the last 4 years. The Tigers are 2-1 on the season and 2-0 in conference play. The Tigers will be back in action next Friday, September 11 at Northwestern. Kickoff is set for 7:00PM. Go Tigers!
